Grandma’s world famous turtles begin with fresh mammoth sized Georgia pecans, then we dollop a generous heap of our homemade copper kettle caramel atop. Finally, we finish them off with a big scoop of white, milk, or dark chocolate and crown them with one more pecan. These are not petite turtles! Approximately 6 turtles to a pound.
